This text book entitled Pioneer Chemistry – Grade XI has been written basically to meet the needs of the students of Grade XI. It fully covers syllabus prescribed by the new curriculum of National Education Board (NEB) 2076.
An attempt has been made to keep the language simple and lucid to help the students and readers understand the subject matter clearly. An emphasis is given to keep clear cut presentation of the subject matter with simplified drawings. It consists of solution of both theoretical questions and numerical problems in each chapter. Some major organic conversions are also simplified after organic chemistry related chapter to remove the fear of students with organic chemistry. Besides, an attempt has been made to familiarize the students with Medical, Engineering along with other Competitive Entrance Examinations for objective questions and their answers. Sufficient numerical problems along with answers have been given in exercise. In this new syllabus, chapter summary and self practice questions are included in all chapters to enhance the confidence level of students.
